Use the Email Blaster tool to format your email messages. You can insert replaceable tokens to personalize the message for both the recipient and sender. You can even include a company banner in the message. The ShareVantage will automatically replace the personalization tokens for each client with the contact's personal details (e.g., first name, last name, etc.) before delivery. Once the email message is formatted, simply query your contact list to identify recipients and click a button to send. You'll automatically receive an email distribution report that provides details.

Many independent email marketing services require you to manage a separate contact database for distribution. The ShareVantage allows you to manage a single contact list using the Contact Manager. You can use our built-in database queries to select recipients by company, city, state, zip, etc. What's more, you can send messages on demand to your contacts.
